This week marks pedestrian campaigners', Living Streets, Walk to School Week as part of National Walking Month. Sadiq is supporting Living Streets' call to encourage more children to walk to school.

The Pakistan General Election took place on Saturday 11^th May - marking the end of the country's first full term served by a democratic government.

Sadiq Khan MP visited Pakistan as part of the group of UK international election observers who visited polling stations across the country working to ensure the elections were fair and democratic. He was the only MP to act as a UK election observer.

With ‘Courier Fraud' claiming over 2,000 victims across the country in the last two years, Sadiq Khan MP is working with Ofcom to warn elderly and vulnerable people about phone scams and remind them that they should never give their PIN or bank card to anyone.

‘Courier fraud' sees fraudsters telephoning you claiming to be from an authority, usually the bank or the police or the Serious Fraud Office. They tell you that your bank has been compromised and that they need to collect your card.
