Many of you may be interested in fixmystreet.com, another great website from mysociety.

fixmystreet.com lets you report things like potholes, abandoned roadworks, fly tipping etc directly to the local council.  All you have to do is fill in the form on the website with a location and description of the problem.

Given Wandsworth Council's poor record on fly tipping, especially in the Tooting area, this is a great tool to get them to do their job and look after our streets properly.

UPDATE: iPhone users can also download a fixmystreet app.

It brilliantly combines the camera and GPS in the phone to capture a photo of the problem and it's exact location.  Fill in a description of the problem and you can email it straight to Wandsworth.
