What are SNTs?
SNTs usually consist of one sergeant, two constables and three police community support officers (PCSOs).
But their role consists of more than simply bulking up local police presence. Part of their objective is to work with local communities in order to identify and tackle crime more successfully. They are a fantastic way of making sure that your opinions about local issues are heard.

How do they work?
In every neighbourhood policing priorities are decided in partnership with local stakeholders - the public, crime and disorder reduction partnerships (CDRPs), local authorities and other local organisations.
