| Springfield Hospital planning application submitted |

Springfield Hospital has now submitted a new planning application to Wandsworth Council. While a number of improvements have been made on the planning application that was originally rejected, Sadiq still has serious reservations about the plans, and as they stand, he will not be supporting the planning application. Sadiq has outlined the reasons for this in his most recent letter to the Springfield Hospital Programme Director, Andrew Simpson, dated September 3rd 2010 (which you can read here). A planning leaflet is being distributed which outlines the plans and the process by which residents can comment on them.
