Residents of Trevelyan and Bickersteth Roads have had potholes in their street repaired thanks to your local Labour campaign team.

The surface of the road had been in poor condition for some time, but after the winter weather large potholes appeared.  We contacted the council to tell them that the holes were now dangerous to cyclists and pedestrians and repairs were needed fast.

Councillor Andy Gibbons said, “It’s shocking that these roads were allowed to get into this state. This year Labour councillors proposed investing in extra road repair gangs to bring our streets up to scratch but the Tories voted to prevent this.”
